Hotel news to renovate - carpet, TV and curtains needs to replace. Need to sound proof the connecting rooms. Gaps between the door and floor is too high. Housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive as they forgot to change linen.

Great location in terms of proximity to Gurney Plaza - only 0.5 kms - the food courts and the hawker stalls , connectivity to & from the airport - the bus stop is right in front of the hotel if you board Bus no. 102 from the airport and the ticket is only for RM 3.40. Also the proximity & connectivity to Komtar makes it very convenient for a tourist to travel to different parts of the city, thereby saving money on taxi fares.The coffee shop in the hotel serves good breakfast at reasonable prices. Shopping mall in the same building has some reasonably priced eateries serving different types of cuisines. The convenience store at the ground floor is a great saver in terms of drinking water and other sundry travel related purchases.In short, a great hotel, here's wishing them all the best for the future.

The building looks really nice and the rooms are super clean and seem quite new. You can enjoy views of Western Hill and other delightful sights. the staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a cool pool here! 🌟

The staff were helpful but they need be more customer oriented such as they should know Penang very well, interesting places and should give suggestion on intersting places and footstall/hawkers centre.
The first night the aircond was nit working very well. The second night warmer. Immediately call the maintenance and they recommended for room changes on the spot.

The hotel is exceptional and offers pleasant views. The rooms are well-maintained and brand-new. The staff is efficient during that shift. I was very impressed with the lounge and the amenities in the room, such as a writing desk and a small couch.
